-Withdrawal less than 14 days before the event will result in a forfeit of the entire entry fee.

Withdrawal Procedure:
If you need to withdraw from an event, please contact the NCJGT staff as soon as possible so we may add another player from the waitlist. Please contact us via email,  mike@ncjgt.com.  In the body of the email, make sure to include the player’s full name, the name of the event(s) and the date of the event(s). Once this has been received by the NCJGT staff, you will receive an email confirming your withdrawal. If you need to withdraw on the morning of the event, please also contact the host facility. Please refer to our refund policy.

Waitlist Policy :
Our registration process is run on a “1st come 1st serve” basis. If an event becomes oversubscribed, we will form a waitlist that will also be “1st come 1st serve.” Once a player withdraws, we will call the first player on the waitlist to offer them a spot and so on. Please be patient as we will call you if a spot becomes available.

No Show/No Card:
If a player does not show up for an event and has not made contact with the NCJGT staff prior to the event, it will be recorded. The same procedure will be taken if a player does not turn in their scorecard at the end of a round. If either of these events occurs twice, the player will be suspended from future NCJGT events. If a player chooses to withdraw during a round, please be respectful and inform a NCJGT staff member. If a staff member is informed, it will not be recorded as a No Card.

Tournament Registration & Tee-Times:
All tournament registration will take place online. Tournament registration for NCJGT events will be accepted up until 2 days prior to the event. Tee-times will be emailed 1 day prior to the event.

Stroke Limit Policy:
There is no stroke limit for the NCJGT.

Caddy Policy:
Most of our events will not allow caddies, however we will provide opportunities throughout the year for juniors to experience working with a caddy.  Junior players are allowed to use a pull-cart.

Cell Phone Policy:
Use of cell phones by players, parents or spectators will not be permitted at any time during tournament play.  If a player violates this policy, they will be disqualified.

Weather Delay/Cancellation:
In the event of inclement weather, the NCJGT staff along with the host course will decide whether the event will be held or continue if weather makes the course unplayable.  If an event must be cancelled or rescheduled entry fees will be credited toward a future event.
